Standard Delivery - from £5.00 Times Vary
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship your item/s within 48hours. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. You can also track and view all historical orders when you log back into your account details on our site. All orders are posted through our designated shippers, and will need a signature on delivery.
Europe Delivery - from £10.00 Times Vary
Europe delivery orders are sent via Royal mail European delivery. Delivery time depends on the country being shipped to. All taxes and clearing cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. This also requires a signature on delivery.
International Delivery - from £15.00 Times Vary
International delivery orders are sent via Royal mail international delivery. Delivery time depends on the country being shipped to. All taxes and clearing cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. This also requires a signature on delivery.
Late/Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days after which the Post Office classify the parcel as lost. Swan Fashions Ltd cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of delivery.
